- Attend this 8-hour class to get all the residential electric installation questions answered. Subjects include complete discussions of all GFCI and AFCI requirements. Tamper resistant, weather resistant, and split-wire receptacles will all be discussed. Electric services, solar PV, optional standby systems and safety will be covered. Switch location, lighting outlets location, and appliance disconnects will be included in the program as well as information pertaining to permits, inspections and licensing.
